We received, and are still receiving truely amazing care at Kingston Hospital. We had all our prenatal checks at the Maternity Unit, and currently our twins who were born very premature, are in the Neonatal Unit. Throughout the entire process of prenatal checks, delivery, transitional care and neonatal care, the staff at Kingston Hospital have been outstanding, far exceeding my expectations of the level of care that could ever be provided.

Seen in Radiology - long wait for initial appointment, but very good service when I attended.

I was well looked after during my one night stay. The place was clean and tidy. All the staff I came into contact with appeared to care about doing their jobs professionally.

I am delighted to write this review for Kingston Hospital. I have always found the doctors, nurses and admin staff very helpful, kind and professional. The care and treatment I have received has been excellent. I have also found Kingston Hospital to be very clean. The only slight criticism that I have, is the waiting time - especially when waiting for a blood test (upstairs), however, the staff are so lovely and efficient that I do not mind this so much. Thank you for all your hard work and hours you put into making my experience at Kingston Hospital great.

I could be mistaken, but, ward staff seemed to be a little rushed. But i also felt rushed out of my bed post operation the following morning, as the beds were needed for the new patients booking in later on in the day.

I think more effort should be put in to giving a further appointment date on the day you have seen the Consultant. Unfortunately, they insist on sending you a letter with the new date and usually you cannot meet this and have to ring for an agreed appointment. Then a further letter is sent to you with the agreed date. Time, postage and paperwork could be reduced.

I have been attending Kingston Hospital For over two years and I have had every care and attention one could hope for from all the staff I have met. I believe it is one of the best Hospitals in the Country.
